OP Pro Ceramic Coating
OP PRO is a non-warrantied Automotive Ceramic Coating that enhances the appearance and hydrophobic properties of a vehicle’s surface. OP Pro with regular maintenance & best wash practices should last for 2 years.

Preparation
• Wash and Decontaminate: Thoroughly wash the vehicle and remove iron deposits, organic fallout, and other bonded contaminants. Use a clay bar if the paint still feels rough.
• Optional Polishing: Polish the paint to remove scratches and swirls before applying the coating.
• Paint Prep Wipe: Use a dedicated paint prep product to remove polishing oils, wax residue, and remaining contaminants. Make sure the surface is clean and completely dry before application.
Application
• Application Conditions: Do not apply in direct sunlight.
• Prime the Applicator: Apply a small amount of OP Pro to a ceramic applicator block.
• Start in an Inconspicuous Area: Apply the coating to a small, inconspicuous area first to get a feel for the flash time under your current conditions.
• Work in Sections: Apply a thin, even layer to one panel at a time, using overlapping horizontal and vertical passes in a cross-hatch pattern. If flash times are quick, divide the panel into smaller sections.
• Watch for Flashing: Flashing appears as small beads forming on the coated surface. This beading indicates that the coating is ready to be wiped down by hand. Flash time varies with temperature and humidity.
• Level and Buff: Wipe down by hand, then follow with a clean microfiber towel to remove any remaining residue. Inspect under good lighting for streaks or high spots before moving to the next section.
• Aftercare: Do not allow the vehicle to get wet for 6 hours after application. Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days.
